The idea of a Virtual Dojo is that we can share our real Dojo with the internet community.
We hope that in time you will share your dojo with us and that we can put your information in the virtual dojo.

The administration area is where we will share with you some of our administration such as registers, lesson plans,
training schedules and more. In fact anything that can be presented on-line and downloaded.
In the coaching area we will discuss coaching, instruction, lesson plans,
training schedules, techniques and the continuing development of the coach.
In the tatami section we will discuss all matters to do with the tatami. From the bow at the edge at the start to the bow
at the edge at the end. Here we will present information and Japanese terms.
In the video section we will present audio discussions and video demonstrations. The videos are kept deliberately short
for those with slow download speeds and are available as downloads in 'Windows Media' File (The play button under the screen) or as 'MP4' (The link under the screen). Each set of the kata is also available.
The idea behind these videos is that you study one or two techniques for later practice at your club. Do not forget to read
the notes associated with each kata.
